What to write about
- A wrong weapon stat or attachment effect. This is the most useful mail I get. Tell me the weapon, the value you see on the page and the value you believe is right — a source or a screenshot makes it quick to verify.
- Missing content: a weapon, attachment, gadget or class that is not in the database yet. New seasons add gear faster than I can always keep up with.
- Reporting a build, loadout or comment. Spam, abuse, stolen content, anything that should not be public. Send the page link and what the problem is.
- Feature requests. What you wanted to do on the site and could not. Concrete frustrations are more actionable than feature names.
- Account, data and privacy requests — a copy of your data, a correction, deletion. See the privacy policy for what is stored.
- Bugs and broken pages. The URL, what you did, what happened. Your browser helps if it looks visual.
When you can expect an answer
I run this site in my spare time, so there is no support desk and no guaranteed response time. In practice most mail gets a reply within a few days, and it can be longer when I'm away or a season drop keeps me busy. Data corrections and abuse reports go first; feature requests may get a short answer or none, but I do read them all.
If something is urgent — content that must come down, or a privacy request with a legal deadline — say so in the subject line and I will handle it ahead of the rest.
What this address is not
I cannot help with anything on the Electronic Arts or DICE side: bans, account recovery, refunds, cheaters, server problems, or game bugs. BF6 Loadouts is an unofficial fan site with no connection to them — see about. Those need EA support.
